Returns

Bolder Sports must be informed immediately after the receiving of the merchandise if any fault or defect is found on goods. Unused merchandise, in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their original packaging.

Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. All refunds must be supported by the original sales Invoice.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt – please use a suitable insured courier – the goods belongs to you until we receive them. Please do not send back without contact details and your instructions.

We won't charge postage for replacement items, but we aren't able to refund your return postage charges, unless arranged, or if the return is because of an error by Bolder Sports Garments.

We will credit your account on receipt of goods.
